don't understand why you would want that, but it's got to do with synchronizing a pair of drives. IF you don't know that you want it, then you don't. Easy enough.

"DIS TI SY" is apparently "Disable target-initiated synchronous mode negotitation". I have a source for that but I'm not linking 'cause it's an unfriendly discussion. Upshot is that it's a workaround, leave that jumper off unless you get problems, and somebody tells you that that negotiation futzes up your controller and you should disable it by jumper.

"DIS UN A" I can't find any info for except someone who said "I turned this on and my drive blew up". So try off first. :)
