cops regarding the noise - that way he had a record of police visits in order to secure the eviction notice. Worked, too - noisy buggers left, but first disconnected the pipe under the kitchen sink and left the place in a real mess. When the all purpose handyman guy came to clean it up, first thing he did was turn on the tap - made a mess of the kitchen floor before he realized what was happening. So glad they're gone!
