Countermeasures against noisy neighbors by esbita 2007-02-16 20:49:11
Bad music being blared next door. It's on the other side of the firewall, so an extra thick wall and STILL comes through. Heard reasonbly clear thru my apartment.

Already called security, either security is ignoring the complaint, or my neighbors are ignoring security.
