Driving in Richmond, BC will make you lose your by j.butterfly 2007-02-16 17:44:58
mind!!!!1111
sort of longish, sorry. :)

I just got back from doing some grocery shopping at the Real Canadian Superstore with Molly. I like to go there because we can get more for our $$. I hate going there because there are too many people here.

Finding decent parking is a rare thing, especially in the free covered parking area. I usually go to the furthest end of the outside parking lot so as not to deal with any morons. I had Molly with me today, and it was threatening rain, so I took my chances under cover.

Well, let me just tell you, people are just down right rude, and don't care. I was behind a guy that had his turn signal on waiting for someone to back out...in the meantime this is causing me to block some guy from backing out of his spot. So, being nice I backed my car up (in this case I was able to) then allowed the guy to back out. Well, instead of being grateful, he back out in a zoom, and cut the car, and nearly clipped me as he whizzed around to leave. He was obviously annoyed that he had to wait any length of time to back out.

In the meantime the a4hat in front of me decides he can't wait on the person he was waiting on to leave... and decides oh , gee I will just back into this spot that is now open because of this nice girl behind me. Ok, I guess it never crossed his feeble mind that I was going to park there, since I did back up to let the guy out.

He did throw his hand up as if to "thank me" for freeing him up a spot. What a moron! I will be glad to be out of the big city, and it won't come too soon. Big city life has made me somewhat of an angry person towards people, and I want that to change. I used to be so nice. :)
