Chernobyl in 2012 after a secondary 'explosion' in 2006 - mutants, factions, monsters, anomalies? The visuals and buildings are all directly mapped from real-life pictures. OMFG this is gonna be SO cool!

If you use google earth to find Chernobyl, you can SEE the same buildings as are in the game. Right down to the amusement park.
