I have noticed that authority often appears AFTER a crime has been committed. In my country they are usually jaded by putting the same guy in jail 7 times a week (the offender has to be legally relesed after having confessed) or just lazy. So do expect your friendly neighbourhood Speedfreak-burglar to come again. The only reason crime does not run rampant is that the economy is still pretty good. I do not believe in killing people either. God only knows what I believe in. I much rather like to know stuff.
