Can you have Bar Mitzvahs on a Saturday? I'm largely ignorant of Jewish traditions, but I'd gather that a Bar Mitzvah would require labor, and that labor would be forbidden on the Sabbath. The fact that you're going to one tomorrow would indicate to me that I'm wrong, that the tradition has changed, or that all the labor is done beforehand.
