So I also say "Viva la difference!" and additionally:
Larger than most (any?) differences is the variance:
the most striking feature of homo sapiens sapiens is its adaptability. So even with some striking differences such as physical strength: no matter how much different the average strength of men and women may be (men stronger than women), there will still be many (strong) women being stronger than many (weak) men.
And the rest is stereotype and wrong (gender-)selective changes due to social and cognitive factors. :-))
