In UTAH, IIRC, he didn't need the Fed LEO law oto help him as he wasn't restricted and it isn't germane. We need to be careful to point out only things which are true. Emphasis, hyperbole, misdirection, FUD are all tools that are used against us but they all cloud the truth which is what we're trying to get others to see.

A stronger argument would have been: Thank god this person was there with a concealed weapon. What if a Cop hadn't been poresent? a CCW Permit holder could have saved their own lofe and the life of many others if they were not prohibited.
