Bad news and good news. by Arachnid 2007-02-16 12:34:53
Bad news: We're not getting the house we put an offer in on. The bank spent nearly the whole two weeks stuffing us around, um-ing and ah-ing and asking for more information only to say "no" yesterday. The other bank we tried won't lend this much equity on an 'apartment' (it shares one wall with the neighbouring townhouse, so apparrently it's an apartment). We _really_ really liked this place, too.

Good news: We have a wedding date. 22nd March 2008. There's an open invitation to any interested UFies - if you can make it, we'd love to see you there!
