old one, when there was a message a light would flash. This one the light dosent flash Me: IS there a light on the phone? Cust: What do you mean? Me: on the phone itself, is there a light bulb capable of flashing? Cust: No! So the only way I can tell if I have a message is by lifting the receiver and hearing the stutter dialtone????? Me: Yes!
