If the website does what it needs to do, very usable, and looks good (e.g. not an eye sore, looks fit for the product/server/industry, layed out nicely) then why care if it is Web 2.0, Web 1.0 or Web 1.5_rc3^TM? I am not against Web2.0, but I would stress it should be used where appropriate. Don't use it because it is a buzz word.
