... I would not hold BuySmart accountable. I do not believe in laws that establish proactive responsibilities. We have enough government meddling in our lives as it is. As a customer I would let BuySmart know how I feel about their laxness and about their implementation of a privacy penalty (no sale prices) for anybody who doesn't want to give them personal information.
