Forgetting to keep a customer up to date.	by Audio	2007-02-16 06:46:21
The UK's radio-controlled (atomic) clock transmitter is relocating at the end of March. One of my customers is evaluating a couple of PC connected clocks, supplied by me. Testing of the new transmitter started 10:00 UTC today, and I didn't tell them about it until 14:15! The clocks may act up during the tests, and they could be forgiven for thinking my design is at fault. Serve me right if I lost this business. AAARGH!
