We are paid last, fired first, rarely thanked and are the ones blamed if something goes wrong. However, don't sweat it, at $25/hr (no benefits?) it's not worth it. When your contract rate becomes double, triple or quadruple that, then you should start worrying about the interviews :) Anyway, good luck, I'm sure if this is a decent place they will not pass the chance to get you on board.
