The cabbie is there to provide a service. The cabbie has the right to refuse service.

Marking non-alcoholic cabs does not seem like a bad thing to me - if the cabbie will refuse service on a particular grounds he should advertise it. I don't think religion really belongs in this arguement because there may also be non-muslim cabbies who do not want alcohol in their vehicles.
