But apparently Muslim cab drivers refusing to transport spirits is still a hot topic.

So which is it? Is it religious discrimination to signal which of these cabbies won't transport spirits? Or is it breach of contract for them to refuse? Should they be fired for refusing to accept a fare that is legally carrying a bottle? Or does religious tolerance extend to honouring their religion's mandate not to transport spirits?
