From where did you order it? I live in Hawaii and Amazon.com shipments still only take a couple days, even with super saver shipping I've never had one take more than a week.

Continental USA, generally within 3-4 days I had my order.

Hope you didn't buy it off eBay or one of those book trading sites. :p
