Now on this, I am in complete agreement.

In the UK, due to the precedent, the choice is quite clear.

We don't have such in the US, and it is VERY shakey legal ground. As you mentioned, it's going to be very interesting to see what happens when (and I'm sure it will) this type of thing occurs.

The thing is - it has occured. Many such lawsuits. They've been settled out of court so far, though. Most places that allow smoking have plenty of money to settle a lawsuit, but not enough money to go to court and fight the basic founding laws of our nation, haha.

I'll bring the beer if you bring the popcorn when that showdown occurs. :p
