I hadn't even considered doing the audio commentaries, but that would be awesome! Thankfully, I don't have to get any film from anything other than VHS (8mm and beta? OUCH! I feel for you). I am not really all that into the idea of background music, as the tapes DO have audio, and that should be fine for watching. But the alternate soundtrack would be awesome! Let me know if you find a way to do that before I get this project off the ground.
So, it sounds like I need to pick up a copy of Adobe Premiere, and get a good video+audio capture card that syncs directly into mpeg-2 format. Thanks for the input people! |
