Yes, it's a circular system (needing control to get more money, needing money to get control, etc...) - you put that more clearly than I did.
I'm also aware of that case you mentioned, concerning abortion. I'm not sure how to directly tie it in here, as that was more a question of the 14th amendment/due process.
Right to life is granted in the declaration of independence (subset here):
"with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life"
It'd hard to argue against concrete words such as those. When you get into legally "scary" clauses like due process, that's when you have issues that are not 100% clear. :p |
