They will just feel they have the authority to ban more things that $somegrouporother thinks is bad (like you suggested). They did it here and a year later they are thinking about banning trans fats and making the smoking ban stronger. While they sound like good things, it is like a drug to politicians to give them more power, they will never stop! Who knows what someone will think is bad and MUST be banned next. Just my opinion and you know what they are like.
