Logistically, there's just no way they can actually man each and every site out there. As such, they're going to have to use some sort of a search engine (robot, google, etc).

I don't know what, if any, restrictions UF has on it's stuff, but we're not big enough to warrant a dedicated person, and it's possible to block pretty much any non-human search toy, depending on how badly you want to stop them.
