And if you specify a preference of age AND habits, this certainly isn't an ad for a job" Would probably be illegal in Belgium, but for "personal ads" one gets away with everything: wether you like boys or girls, old or young, long, braod, with a tobacco or hash addiction. Otoh: your example of "expedition across greenland" COULD justify more 'discrimination' than if it were for a more usual kind of job.
