...that's illegal where you live, your UF post could quite easily result in subpeonas to UF and, perhaps, even legal action against them. We've all seen the heavy-handed tactics that the recording industry has done in its efforts to track down copyright infringers. They've even forced ISP's to cough up the identities of private members, just because they suspected said members of illegal file sharing. Threatened to sue them if they didn't provide the requested info. That's a LOT of hassle for someone who was completely uninvolved in the illegal process. I would much rather have UFies avoid talking about activities they know are illegal in their area than to potentially cause that much legal drama for UF.
