Your responses a few days ago to a question about ergonomic laptop accessoires got me thinking (and more). I'd been looking for a new, more ergonomic mouse for a while, and decided to shell out the money and give this trackball a try. First impression is quite favourable I must say.

I always have difficulty with new input devices figuring out how best to hold them though. I'd really appreciate some feedback from people who've been using this trackball for a longer period already. Particular points of interest:

  • Which fingers do you have on the buttons?
  • Do you move the ball with the tips of your fingers, resting the mouse of your hand partially on the desk? Or is your hand resting completely on the trackball, moving the ball with the middle segments of your fingers?
