1.3 is totally subjective. What is porn? Do the Saudis decide, or is it up to the Danes? Nastiness is also totally undefined - you do not have to be Pitr to believe something is nice that others think is nasty. And one person's sewage may be another persons valuable resource. I see the good intention, but that is a well known paving material for the road to a place believed by many to be rather nasty.
