There is no jurisdiction. I take it to mean, illegal in "many" of the places UFies are, Canada in particular, or countries which might manage to create an investigation in Canada.
And never something that is intentionally illegal in it's own, or any of these jurisdictions.
Or alternatively, nothing that will cause a subpoena to be delivered to UF, its owner(s), or operators.
Difficulties with the current phrasing: sites with encryption software, free-speech sites (China and Saudi Arabia have interesting laws), blogs with over 500 readers, how-to-make-$format-play-in-Linux sites, sites with pictures of humans. And in Colorado, sites that present negative information about vegetables grown in Colorado. Go figure. |
