and then read The Constitution. The only way the President can be removed from office without violence is to have the House Impeach him, the Senate to find him guilty of the charges and then for the Senate to vote to remove him from office.

Just because the Senate finds him guilty does not mean he WILL be removed from office. The Senate could decide on censure or something else as a punishment instead.

For reference purposes the Constitution of the state of California does have a means of initiating a recall but not of the President.
