If "God" to you is any creature sufficiently advanced, then sure, maybe they are God(s). But all you're showing is that you can prove the (non)existence of advanced creatures, not what the vast majority of religious humans consider to be god.

Are you looking for historical explanation (in which case, fiction seems more likely than space aliens, to me), or a true proof of the existence or otherwise of a true god?
