My ISP didn't even blink. Sometimes I love Videotron, the Extreme High Speed, 10Mbps/968Kbps, and no monthly limit for transfers...All for the low price of $75/month. Ok, so it's a little pricey...I'll be switching to Rogers cable internet soon to take advantage of my wife's employee discount. :) You could try TrueDownloader (used to be DownloadPlus), it might help.
