What are you seeking to prove? by Arachnid 2007-01-22 17:12:12
The existence of the emotions that we term 'love' and 'hate'? That's easy, especially empirically - we all experience them at some time.

Are you trying to prove the psychological cause of those emotions, and whether or not they're tied to what they evoke in us? Harder, but still provable with the right technology.

Or the existence of some abstract concept called 'love'? That, you can't prove, because it's just that - an abstract concept. We invented it, so there's nothing there to prove.

However, religions claim that God exists, and is a being outside our own imaginations. Therefore, it should be possible to find evidence to indicate his existence.
