The 'real' window and process would not move. OS tricks can hide a window easily enough. The 'fake' window would be a VNC 'portal' back to the real window, with focus deciding which computer should receive mouse movements and keystrokes. You wouldn't be able to handle very advanced GUI interaction - dragging and dropping files is probably the limit, but for most things it would suffice.
