given enough preparation you can pull just about anything off if you're familiar with the rules and are a good enough GM I won't sugar-coat things though. A game like that will likely take a lot of prep work as you'll likely have to build a lot of NPCs (in case the PCs try to gank them or something) My biggest problem with running GURPS is getting the baddies to be challenging. Point values isn't the be all end all of GURPS as you can do many different things with those points. aka: one 50 point character could be a lot more powerful than another 50 point character
