It is also what you consider "premium content." is anything above DVD quality premium content by their definition? Does this include 720p but not 720i? The "What if" here is along these lines: Something goes wrong with the DRM software and it just does not output an image at all for an important medical image or a presentation to be used at a corporate training seminar.

I will have to go find the article again and re-read it to see if I understood wrong but from what I understood that was how it was to work. May be some fear mongering there but the possibility does exist and they need to address it now before it goes any further.
