So, apparently by hadji 2007-01-22 13:58:44
to one vendor's support team, "I'll call you back in five minutes" means, "I'll completely forget about you, and when you call back, even though I'm the exact same person you spoke to a half-hour ago, I'll say 'you're who?'"

And to another vendor, opening a ticket as a severity 2 instead of a severity one means that they can completely ignore the issue for three days, and pay it no mind until I call back and ask if they've reviewed the logs yet. "I'll get on that right now." Excuse me?
