  I think I figured out what I can do by Egaeus 2007-01-22 13:41:14
I know the attribute names and table positions. Therefore, I don't have to get them from the html document. I just need their corresponding values, which are either numeric, or specific words (Clear or Alarm). I can use egrep to get the values easily enough such as egrep '^[0-9]+</font> for the numeric values. I can then associate them with their corresponding attributes elsewhere to determine the state of the device.
