But anything other than 100/0 is still going to give an improvement. Obviously any shifts in the power distribution while driving (other than carefully controlled ones by a well programmed computer) would make things very interesting. I would consider the situation you describe to be an abnormal situation, that would be a potential hazard under any conditions rather than just on snow/ice. As I said, a very rough approximation.
