by terrorist/militant groups would count as well...not just the U.S. When you make a easy blanket statement like you did with things that were obviously NOT started by the Nation in question be sure of your facts and the repercussions that blanket statement may have when applied to all Nations equally. Byt the definition you gave then half the world should be at war with the other half because of some perceived slight. Nukes in many countries could be percieved as a threat...along with many other things both economic and territorial. You like making blanket statements and provoking a response to things because of gross inacuracies in such a statement. You also scapegoat the U.S. in many situations because it is easy and not because of factual information. I repeat, check your facts before making blanket statements on thing especially when it involves things you feel strongly about and it may lead to a better discussion instead of stirring up a hornets nest...Which I hope is not your intent...
