I figure modern day. I know the invisibility cloak is a bit much for that, but it has been conceived, and it is being worked on. A long way to go with no guarantee of success, but it's out there. So let's say except for that, it's modern day tech level. 4th Edition. I've never played GURPS before. Never read any other edition.
