I regularly play Tetris with my wife during lunch, even though we're miles apart. Don't have any more lag-sensitive WiFi games, though. (Although the dopey Metroid Prime Hunters demo that came with the original DSs was perfectly playable over the just plain 'wireless link' (Which really is also WiFi, but Nintendo seems to differentiate 'wireless link' for local multiplayer, DS-to-DS, and 'WiFi Connection' for over-the-internet play.)
