The only thing I don't know (which would be useful!) is what the input voltage SHOULD be :) My first thought is that the load is all on phase 3... but as I've never looked at the UPS until now I don't know..

Thanks for any ideas.. I'm on my own in the IT office for the first time and I'd rather the UPS didn't explode..
