:)

I got called in from vacation because some users decided to move an SQL server to a new floor. They plugged it into the SERVER UPS.

*pop*

So they replaced the PS with a spare. Plugged it in again.

*pop*

Then they called me, they were replacing with the last spare and still hadn't figured it out. They were sheepish when I flipped the switch on the back of the PS and it worked just fine.

"That is the UPS for the servers, and it is set to deliver 208v. The PS you have are old gateway PS's and have to be manually changed from 115 to 208. *click*."
