Well let's limit the list to W:ET maps.
- The basketball one (Its absurd and completely non-military based)

I don't know what is still around, but from experience ones to get rid of if they are on the server:
- Chess (Just plain pathetic)
- Pacman (entertaining, but OMG it makes your eyes bleed)
- Tron (good Geek reference, and well built map, but not in the WW1 motif)
- Cortex Who (I really like this one, but toy soldiers? doesn't fit in with the others.
