CURDATE and CURTIME are the Current Date and the Current Time, where I believe NOW is the Current Date and Time in one field.

As such, you can probably do a "SELECT * FROM Events WHERE (Date > CURDATE()) OR (Date = CURDATE() AND Time >= CURTIME())"

Which reads as:
Where the Date is in the future OR
Where the Date is the current date and the Time is in the future.
