Still, it's Pitr:
he 's been on call and on duty for long times, has been sent on off-location missions that included camping (to be called: all-nighters)
He has not been mentioned to be "sick" or "on leave" for some years now, so maybe he didn't need to hack the DB.

But if the company rules state that "you cannot transfer more than one-and-a-half day in overtime to the next month", the rule could have been in the DB applications too.
So after all, to level HIS rights with the time he has spent for the company, maybe he DID hack the "filters" in the apps.

Technically, he didn't alter the data in the database. He merely "folded" the bureaucratic limitations who HIDE how many hours he really has done for the company?
