but in the range of 25 to 40 Watt. mp3/ogg Server/storage/streamer, fileserver, maybe even capable to run 1 VM additional to the normal system. home automation? been reading the last c't magazine eh? ;) for the audio part only a real soundcard is acceptable that is attached directly to the hifi-set. and fanless desing is a must if you want to look in the mini-itx or nano-itx corner, i guess this little power calculator from epiacenter.de might come in handy.
