for the advances in technology which permit such a feat. I can remember a time when any download requiring more than 10 minutes (roughly 8 MB, then) wasn't worth the effort for the file would be riddled with noise, and most likely would break off the download before completion. Today, downloads in excess of 3 hours can be had without a dropped connection or a trashed file. I am amazed.
