I read it as: Merchant: let me explain to you, the customer has one verizon e-mail address from her friend, and another one from sprint (ISP)..... She wants to pay both to the same e-mail address but to the correct accounts. At least it was only the awful sentance structure that had to be dealt with, underneath that it looks like a reasonable query.
