From the Support chat here at work: by classic_jon 2006-12-13 16:13:13
I don't normally do this but this one hurt my brain.... X.X

This is an actual excerpt from one of the support chats that got bumped to me. Names changed to protect the Id10t's in need of a Lart.

Merchant:its any way that i can fix that

Me:yes, if you log into the system like you are going to make a repeat payment on this customer but instead of pressing the pay bills button you look to the left and will click on the "edit customer" button and then change the customers information.

Merchant: ok but sprint they send the recieve again

Me: I am not understanding what you mean by that?

Merchant: ok (long pause)

Merchant: let explain to you, the customer came with recieves one from verizon from his friend, the other one it was from sprint but it was hers..... mi friend she make the pay both to the same name but to the correct accounts

Me: Understood, all you need to do is log into the system and change the name on the one account since the account # is correct.

....And it just continues downhill from there....(cries)...

The sad part is that after a while some of these conversations almost make sense....I want my 15 minutes of life back!(sobs).......
